The Selosse champagnes have always been characterized by a low dosage, as well as the three cuvées made from 100% Chardonnay from the villages of Cramant (location "Chemin de Châlons"), Mesnil-sur-Oger (location "Les Carelles" ) and Avize (location "Les Chantereines").
